Meet The Builder
Jacob Novicke, Owner
Premier Builders is a hands-on, owner-led company, and Jacob remains closely involved in every project.
Born and raised in Sealy, Texas, Jacob has deep roots in the area and continues to live
and work here alongside his family. Construction has been a part of his life from an early
age, starting in his teens working in the electrical trade and continuing through college, where he also built custom cedar furniture.
After college, he gained experience across multiple areas of residential construction—
from warranty and field operations to managing custom and multi-family projects—
developing a well-rounded understanding of the building process from start to finish.
Just as importantly, those experiences shaped the way he approaches every project
today—being true to your word, honoring commitments, and building lasting relationships along the way.
Today, Jacob takes a direct, hands-on role in each project, working closely with trusted
trade partners to ensure consistency, quality, and attention to detail at every stage.
As a husband and father, he understands that a home is more than just a project—it’s
where life happens. That perspective carries through in how each home is approached and built.
